Refugee Youth Mentorship Program (RYMP)
The Refugee Youth Mentorship Program (RYMP), in partnership with World Relief Western Washington, supports refugee, parolee, SIV holder, and asylee youth ages 18–24 who have been in the U.S. for less than four years. The program offers one-on-one mentorship focused on building life skills, identifying career goals, exploring job opportunities, and providing support with college and grant applications. Participants also receive individualized case management and ongoing guidance to help them navigate and thrive in their personal, academic, and professional journeys.
